Trinity Charger Association (TCA)

The Trinity Charger Alliance is composed of parents who work together with the faculty, staff and administration of the school. The governing body of the TCA consists of elected parent volunteers representing academics, athletics and fine arts.
The purpose of the Trinity Charger Alliance (TCA) is:
  • To promote goodwill and enhanced communication among parents, teachers, school administration and trustees.
  • To provide volunteer and financial support to Trinity School through special projects.
  • To promote positive public relations for Trinity School.

  • Trinity School Gala

    Coordinate and plan the biggest event of the year for the TCA. This large fundraiser allows the TCA to continue to provide gifts that benefit the entire school.
  • Book Fair

    There are two book fairs each year. The first Book Fair, through Scholastic Books, is held on the Trinity campus in the fall, while the second one is held at Barnes and Noble in the spring. Volunteers are needed to work 3 hour shifts to assist with set-up, helping children with their selections, check-out, and take-down.
  • Box Tops for Education

    Encourage students and teachers to collect box tops! Arrange for the collection of Box Tops for Education and submit them to General Mills for reimbursement. Volunteers are needed to help with getting Box Tops mailed twice a school year.
  • Hospitality

    Provide refreshments for events throughout the year, including First Day of School, Open House, Grandparents Day, K5 Graduation, and other events as needed.
  • Field Day

    Assist the Athletics Department in planning and implementing Field Day in the month of May. Coordinate with Lower and Intermediate teachers for event t-shirt orders.
  • Grandparents Day Auction

    Volunteers are needed to assist in event planning as well as coordinating Preschool and Lower School art projects.
  • New Families/Summer Social

    Assist Admission Director in organizing and carrying out summer Social Event for new families. Volunteers needed for set-up, greeting new families, and clean-up.
  • Picture Day

    Volunteers are needed in September to oversee the process for individual as well as group pictures. Volunteers work 2 hour shifts from 8:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.
  • Room Mother Coordinator

    Plan two classroom parties – Halloween and Valentine’s Day. Room Mothers also help chaperone field trips, assist with Auction projects, teachers’ requests, and Field Day.
  • 4th- 8th Grade Socials

    Organize and chaperone 3 to 4 socials throughout the year to encourage healthy socializing. Duties include sending out invitations, food, decorations, and clean-up.
  • School Supplies

    Coordinate school supply fundraiser. Organize and assist in the purchase and distribution of school supplies for parents who participate in the program. Volunteers needed to assist with school supply assembly and distribution on the first day of school.
  • Trinity Spirit Store

    Show your school spirit: purchase your favorite Trinity School gear including girls’ cheerleading outfits and boys’ football jerseys.
  • Teacher Appreciation

    Show the teachers our appreciation by providing lunch or snacks once a month and hosting Teacher Appreciation Week in the early spring. Also help in coordinating with Room Mother Chairman on dates needing supervision at lunch.
  • Trinity Travel Directory

    Plan the Trinity Directory for distribution to students, parents, and faculty.
