Building a Strong Future for Trinity School

For more than 50 years, countless parents, alumni, faculty, staff and friends have thoughtfully supported Trinity School in their charitable planning. By designating Trinity School as a recipient of gifts through your financial or estate plans, you will be making a big difference in the lives of Trinity students and building a strong future for the school.

  • Bequests and Testamentary Trusts

    Continue supporting our work even after your lifetime by naming Trinity School as a beneficiary of your retirement plan, life insurance, or insurance annuity assets.
  • IRA Charitable Rollover

    Help Trinity School with the IRA Charitable Rollover.

    If you are 70 1/2 or older, avoid taxes on transfers of up to $100,000 from your IRA.
  • Charitable Lead Trust

    Make a donation now while reducing the tax burden for your heirs in the future. This trust is created when a donor places property or cash in trust with the income generated dedicated to Trinity School for a period of time.
  • Charitable Remainder Trust

    With a charitable remainder trust, you can receive income each year for the rest of your life from assets you give to the trust you create. After your lifetime, the balance in the trust goes to Trinity School.
  • Give Your Home, But Live There for Life

    You may retain a life interest in your home or farm while deeding the property to the School.

The Founders Society

This Society recognizes and thanks those who have created provisions in their wills or estate plans to benefit Trinity School and have informed the school of their commitments.

The official bequest language for Trinity School is:

“I, [name], of [city, state, ZIP], give, devise and bequeath to Trinity School of Midland, Texas [written amount or percentage of the estate or description of property] for its unrestricted use and purpose.”

Qualifying for Membership

Becoming a member is quite simple. There are many ways in which you may qualify for membership in the Trinity Founders Society. Membership is open to those who share with us in writing their intent, or have already completed an estate gift. If you have made one of these commitments or intend to do so, please let us know by contacting the Director of Institutional Advancement, 697-3281, extension 258, or klincoln@trinitymidland.org.
