Installation of new Head of School Mrs.Shelby Hammer. This is designed as a celebration and formal introduction of Mrs. Hammer to the West Texas and School community. This ocassion will be hosted by the School's Board of Trustees and the TCA will host the reception to follow in the Commons.
Charger Spirit Days: Disney Day. Wear your favorite Disney attire. Upper School students not participating in Disney Day are required to wear standard school attire.
Charger Spirit Days: Sports Day. Wear your favorite sports team attire or dress ready for your favorite sport. Upper School students not participating in Sports Day are required to wear standard school attire.
Charger Spirit Days: Hawaiian Day. Wear your Hawaiian shirt with a collar or girls can wear a Hawaiian print dress. Upper School students not participating in Hawaiian Day are required to wear Wednesday attire.
(Lower School may have alternate directions for Wednesday dress.)

All parents of preschool age children are welcome to attend this casual cocktail event. No program, just time and opportunity to meet and build friendships with other parents in your child's division, grade level, and class. For adults only.
Palm trees and sandy beaches are far away, so we're bringing the tropics to us to celebrate in a special way!
Students must enter by 8:30PM and are not allowed to leave until 10:30PM. Dress attire is Luau Fabulous. Please dress within appropriate school attire guidelines.
All divisions will have conferences; no classes in any division.
Preschool and Lower School conferences will be with homeroom teachers; parents only. Middle School conferences are with advisors; parents only. Upper School conferences are student-led and should be attended by parents and students.
This event is hosted by Admission Office as an opportunity for parents to get together and socialize with their peer group. This is purely social and for adults only.
Opportunity for Seniors and Juniors to earn community service hours by helping with Admission and Advancement projects that are coordinated to benefit the Trinity community and greater West Texas region.
