Picture Day

The Picture Day Chair(s) are responsible for scheduling individual and class pictures as well as Kindergarten Graduation pictures with a third-party school photography company. Once a date is selected and approved by Adrianne Clifton, it should be added to the Master Calendar. Picture Day will take place in Heck gym. The gym will need to be reserved through the front office and the Chair(s) should contact the Athletic Director to coordinate the use the gym. The Chair(s) will work closely with the third-party photographer to provide student and class information as needed. The Chair(s) will also coordinate the installation of navy-blue pipe and drape to be used as a backdrop for Class Picture. The Picture Day schedule will be provided by Adrianne Clifton and distributed to teachers in advance of Pictures Day. Announcements concerning Picture Day should be made in the Charger well in advance of the actual date and should contain a link to the online ordering website. Announcements and reminders should be made on the TCA Facebook Page as well as on the TCA Webpage. If needed a volunteer sign-up page should be created and distributed for the event. Additionally a Picture Retake Day should be scheduled 4-5 weeks after the school-wide Picture Day in order to accommodate any student that missed or is in need of retakes. Kindergarten Graduation pictures should be scheduled in the Spring 7-8 weeks prior to the end of school. Chair(s) will work with the Kindergarten Teachers in ensure the caps and gowns needed will be on campus for the event.
