As the weather begins to cool down, we want to share a few friendly reminders about our Lower School dress code expectations. Thank you for helping students arrive each day dressed appropriately, comfortably, and ready for a great day of learning!
Outerwear
All students may wear any of the navy outerwear fleeces or quilted jackets purchased from our designated uniform vendor.
Non-uniform heavy coats and jackets may be worn on cold days when the temperature at 7:00 a.m. is 45°F or below.
No other outerwear is permitted.
Cold Weather Options for Girls
Girls may wear solid white, navy, or black opaque tights or leggings on cold weather days in place of modesty shorts.
Boys’ Wednesdays Attire
From November 1 through Spring Break, boys must wear gray flannel pants with a white Oxford button-down shirt for Wednesday formal dress. A navy sweater vest or navy sweater may also be worn.
Smart watches and watch phones
As a reminder, smartwatches and watch phones are not permitted in Lower School.
Thank you for your continued partnership in helping us maintain consistent dress code expectations while keeping our students comfortable as temperatures change!
