The votes are in and we have a winner in the 2012 People's Choice Emerging Artist contest! This year about 4100 of people voted. Of course, there can only be one winner. Congratulation to Kelly Garrett Rathbone on receiving the most votes.  Kelly studied at Parsons School of Design in New York, The School of the Art Institute of Chicago, Penland School of Crafts in North Carolina, and The Florence Academy of Art in Italy.
